Cancellation & Returns Policy
At BizzyCart, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Cancellation and Returns Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. To cancel your order:
- Login to your BizzyCart account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order you want to cancel and click on Cancel Order.
- Once cancelled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Replacements
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The item is missing parts or accessories.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
Return requests can be raised through your account under the My Orders section. Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange for pickup at your doorstep.
3. Refunds
After successful inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be initiated through bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Perishable goods like food and beverages
- Customized or made-to-order products
